How to Write a Courier Declaration Format

Some courier companies have their own prescribed declaration formats, the consignor (sender) needs to fill that form and submit it to the respective courier office.

If the courier agency doesn’t have any prescribed form then you need to write your own declaration format.

1. Mention the address of the courier office through whom you are sending your packages.
2. Write the subject line as “Courier Declaration”.
3. Write your name, address and also the consignee (recipient) name and address.
